I'm always looking for easy new recipes to bring to gatherings with friends. As sumer is quickly closing on us, PEN and I have been eating all the watermelon we can. I've been searching for new ways to serve the fruit in new ways, even though it delicious on its own. When I saw this recipe in a Woman's Health Magazine article I couldn't believe I hadn't thought it myself. Since, I've seen it all over Pintrest.... go figure. This is probably the easiest recipe you could ever image, if you even call it a recipe. One thing I can promise, its that it is sure to be crowd pleaser.

You know, I've had this combination before but in a salad. This is a fun and creative way to have "pizza". The flavors go so well together. Yum!
