Every season it seems as if I draw a strong connection to one single piece.  My black tie back COS dress won the award for the past few months. I have been drawn to COS stores for their minimalist offerings for functional everyday wear. The modern shapes and classic styles have made me feel right at home. Although owned by the H&M group, COS stores have a very different feel that I can't complain about. I'm already scouting my fall finds. I've got my eye on a shawl collared coat and an oversized high neck dress. I'm sure my list will keep growing. Happy Friday. xx.

Who am I and where do I shop now? Yep. Forever 21. I got some sense knocked into me. After 8 months, I've decided to make a change. I'm living the mom life now dry cleaning silk Vince tops and leather leggings on the reg finally got old. Right now I am in this weird place where I am trying to figure out how to dress for my day to day life while maintaining my personal style. I can't tell you how satisfied I am with my recent purchases from Forever 21. {First time F21 shopper here.} I made a pretty large {no shame} on-line order without breaking the bank. Looking back at what I was wearing this time last year solidifies why investing in classic pieces and steering away from statement pieces helps stretch the life of your closet. I'm looking forward to flipping my closet for Fall and bringing back a few of my favorites you see here. Happy Friday!

Yeah... that time I scored a pretty ridic ASOS dress for under $30. It happened. Why did it take so long for me to get on the off the shoulder bus? This dress is so easy it is hard not to wear it everyday. If you are normal, unlike me, and wear color you are in luck. It also comes in white and rose. Get it.
